Highly Trained Technicians
We understand that you only want the best of the best to care for your home, and you want to feel you can trust someone who comes to provide that care. Before we send them out into the field, each of our technicians must meet certain requirements:
- Every Zerorez® technician passes a 15-page technical exam before he or she begins working in the field.
- Every technician must get your consent before performing any service.
- Every technician must pass a background check and have no criminal records or DUI's. Every technician is licensed, bonded and insured.
- Every technician must follow strict company guidelines and uniform codes. We want you and your family to feel at ease and safe with the person providing carpet cleaning services and working in your home.
